Give Local is free to use, has no ads, and never collects or sells your data — and that isn't changing. If you've found it useful and want to help keep it running, donations go toward the real costs of keeping the site online.
What this is — and isn’t
Give Local doesn’t run on ad revenue, and it never will — ads would mean tracking visitors or cluttering the directory, and that’s not the experience this site is for. The directory stays fully free and fully usable whether or not anyone ever donates here.
This page exists for people who’ve used the site, want to help, and are looking for a way to. There’s no pressure, no pop-up asking for it, and no tier of “supporter” features — just an open option.
Where it goes
Give Local runs on paid hosting and a custom domain. Donations go toward those real, ongoing costs — not toward ads, not toward anything that changes how the directory works for anyone who uses it.
How to help
Every bit helps, and there’s no minimum. If PayPal isn’t an option for you, get in touch — there may be other ways to help, including spreading the word or suggesting an organization we’re missing.
