A Surrey-based settlement agency (established 1978) serving immigrants, refugees and newcomers across Surrey, Delta, Langley and White Rock. Volunteers lead conversation circles and computer classes, assist with free tax filing for low-income newcomers, and support seniors with transportation and errands. Volunteers must be 19 or older and located in the service area.
